Steve Bertram, COO of Relativity Media, LLC announced today that Erika Hindle, formerly the Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration at Overture Films, has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Finance. 

Hindle will oversee corporate financial activities. Hindle will directly report to Bertram.

Over the past two decades, Hindle has held a variety of senior financial positions in the entertainment and media industry. At Overture, Hindle worked in shaping the initial business plan that ultimately resulted in funding of the venture by Liberty Media Corporation. She was responsible for finance, corporate development, accounting, human resources, information technology, and administration.  She has also worked at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).  Hindle is a graduate of UCLA and a Certified Public Accountant. She earned her MBA at Harvard Business School.
